Sarah Broad

Sarah Broad is the Selling Principal and Director of Nordmarq Property, a boutique commercial property agency specialising in investment sales and strategic property management across Queensland.

After nearly two decades in public relations, communications and investor relations, Sarah transitioned into commercial property, joining the business now known as Nordmarq Property more than 10 years ago. She moved into commercial investment sales in 2021 before acquiring Kelly & Co Property in 2026 and leading its transition to Nordmarq Property.

Sarah has completed more than $50 million in commercial property transactions and was named the REIQ Rising Star Salesperson of the Year in 2022. Her communications background underpins a practical, strategic and relationship-focused approach, with an emphasis on clear advice, strong campaign execution and long-term asset performance.

Sarah works with commercial property owners, investors and landlords across Brisbane and regional Queensland, providing senior-led advice across a broad range of commercial asset classes.
